Question:
What is your policy for special order items?

Answer:
We would require full payment up front for all special orders and no cancellation will be accepted once the order is being processed.

Question:
I received the shipment of my order but a clip on the side panel and the CD door have both been broken off. Is there any way that I can get these two pieces replaced? Will I be reimbursed for shipping them back to you?

Answer:
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We thank you for your patience and your understanding regarding this matter. In order for us to replace the damaged pieces, please send them back to us at:
Mypccase.com
230 Paseo Sonrisa
Walnut, CA 91789

This procedure is to ensure that we can exactly replace the pieces that you are requesting. However, our RMA policy is that we do not reimburse shipping fees to customers. We will exchange all defective parts within the warranty period but we only bear the cost of shipping parts from our warehouse to our customers. Please understand that this is a standard practice for RMA in the industry. Once we receive the defective parts, we will ship the replacements out as soon as possible.

Question:
If I purchase a power supply from your company, what is your return policy if it does not fit? Is there a restocking fee?

Answer:
If your power supply doesn't fit your system, you can return it to us by filling out an RMA form and sending it back to us. However, we do have a re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost.

Question:
Do you take credit cards?

Answer:
Yes, we accept credit cards.

Question:
What will be the total cost of my order including shipping? How long will it take to ship the part?
Answer:
The total cost of an order as well as the time it takes to ship depends on your location. In order to give you these specific details, we will need your shipping address first.

Question:
I really like your selection of cases but they only say that they are Pentium ready. Will they work with AMD?
Answer:
Our power supplies support Intel Pentium 4 as well as AMD processors. The reason why we emphasize the word "P4" is because Pentium 4 processors require special connectors from the power supply and extra holes from the case which AMD processors don't. In fact, most of the cases and power supplies that say they are P4 ready nowadays can also support AMD.

I just placed an order but I did not get shipping options other than commercial or residential. If possible, I would like to have my order shipped via UPS Standard Overnight. Can I change my shipping option even though I have already placed an order?

Question:
What is the difference between the UPS Commercial and the UPS Residential besides a couple of dollars? Will one get to me faster than the other?
Answer:
The difference between UPS Commercial and Residential is the cost UPS charges. UPS will charge customers more for the Residential option because they may need to go to the resident's address more than one time to deliver the shipment. UPS Commercial will cost less because there should be someone in the commercial area to receive the shipment during daytime working hours. There is no difference in terms of transit time between Commercial and Residential.
